<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); --ck-color-selector-caption-background: hsl(0, 0%, 97%); --ck-color-selector-caption-text: hsl(0, 0%, 20%); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 11pt;"><p style="margin: 0;">Must have at least (4) years of relevant HVAC field experience.</p><p style="margin: 0;">Must have a valid driver’s license.</p><p style="margin: 0;">Must have and provide a clean DMV report covering the past (5) years</p><p style="margin: 0;">Must understand and comply with all safety and OSHA requirements.</p><p style="margin: 0;">Authorized to work in the United States.</p><p style="margin: 0;">Must be capable of effectively speaking and writing in the English language.</p><p style="margin: 0;">Universal EPA Certification.</p><p style="margin: 0;">Capable of working alone or on a team.</p><p style="margin: 0;">Communicate effectively with customers regarding technical issues.</p><p style="margin: 0;">HVAC Trade school or college courses a plus.</p><p style="margin: 0;">Must understand the fundamentals of refrigeration systems, chillers, pumps, air handling systems, duct work and VAV systems, boilers, etc.</p><p style="margin: 0;">Must have an understanding of electrical troubleshooting for both low voltage controls and high voltage power.</p></div>
Salary Range

$30 - $60 per hour based on experience (FSLA Non-Exempt)
