<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); --ck-color-selector-caption-background: hsl(0, 0%, 97%); --ck-color-selector-caption-text: hsl(0, 0%, 20%); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 11pt;"><ul style="margin-inline-end: 0px; margin-inline-start: 0px; padding-inline-start: 40px;"><li><p style="margin: 0;">The <i>Project Manager </i>is responsible for leading, managing and coordinating the installation of the HVAC, Plumbing and Process Piping Systems of the project.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Verifying that the scope of work is adequately represented, facilitating in the construction of the project, assisting in all project aspects, ensuring that all equipment and materials are on the job site when needed, identifying and resolving obstacles related to the project for the purposes of closing out the project according to the approved schedule and for bringing in the job on or under budget.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Serve as a leader for the project team, supporting our trades with all the information they need to install their scope one time, correctly, the first time</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Build and maintain relationships with customers on a project by project basis.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Manages multiple projects concurrently ranging in size from thousands to millions of dollars.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.</p></li></ul></div>

<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); --ck-color-selector-caption-background: hsl(0, 0%, 97%); --ck-color-selector-caption-text: hsl(0, 0%, 20%); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 11pt;"><ul style="margin-inline-end: 0px; margin-inline-start: 0px; padding-inline-start: 40px;"><li><p style="margin: 0;">Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial/industrial construction</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Experience with design/build delivery a plus</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Experience managing mechanical, plumbing, process or BMS/BAS controls scope preferred but not required</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Experience building laboratories or cleanrooms also preferred but not required.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Engineering, Construction Management degree or trade experience preferred</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Proficient with BlueBeam and MS Suite of programs</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Familiarity with BIM platforms, coordination execution and VDC management a plus</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Self- Directed/motivated</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Organized</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Excellent communicator (written & verbal)</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0;">Be coachable</p></li></ul></div>
Salary Range

$120,000 – $160,000 based on experience (FLSA Exempt) Profit sharing and company vehicle
