Primary Function
*
<p>The primary function of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Further, this role is responsible for coordinating with various departments or teams within the organization and ensuring that office policies and procedures are followed. Additionally, this role serves as a point of contact for both internal staff and external clients or visitors. Overall, the office coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the daily functions of the office and helping to facilitate effective communication and workflow.</p>
Typical Duties

<p>• Placing orders for office supplies, janitorial supply, and snack/vending machine items.</p> <p>• Restocking the office, making sure things are tidy and replenished.</p> <p>• Placing orders for and coordinating internal lunches. (set up, clean up, organize meeting room). As well as coordinating jobsite lunches.</p> <p>• Help with purchases for all departments (promotional items, career fairs, catering, etc.)</p> <p>• Pacific Rim party planning (organizing company events: picnic, monthly birthday lunches, annual holiday party, company anniversary celebration, client events)</p> <p>• Ordering and updating Pacific Rim stationary items (cardstock, envelopes, ISO pads, safety notebooks)</p> <p>• Creating Flyers and Posters for events</p> <p>• Covering the front desk phone while the Receptionist takes her meal and rest breaks on a daily basis.</p> <p>• Updating digital sign with trainings, company events, benefit info, company financials.</p> <p>• Create monthly birthday calendars.</p> <p>• Update documents and maintain communication with our property management team.</p> <p>• Maintain strong communication with the warehouse helpers so they can be aware of incoming orders and assist with any help you may need.</p> <p>• Update company credit card program. Keep on top of and allocate costs properly.</p>

<p>• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields<br />• Ability to prioritize and multitask<br />• Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br />• Strong attention to detail<br />• Strong organizational skills</p>
Salary Range
*
$20 - $22 per hour based on experience (FLSA Non- Exempt)
