<p>We are looking for mid to upper-level plumber to develop and support our Service Projects division installing equipment in commercial and industrial facilities including leading small mechanical piping projects, equipment change-outs and lab gas improvements.</p>
Typical Duties
*
<ul> <li>Drain, Waste and Vent Piping (5+ years’ experience required)</li> <li>Pump Changeouts</li> <li>Cooling Tower Replacements and Repairs</li> <li>Chiller Replacements</li> <li>Boiler / Water Heater Replacements</li> <li>Fan Coil / Piping Replacements</li> <li>DI and RO water systems</li> <li>VRF / Mechanical Knowledge experience is a bonus.</li> </ul>
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience

<ul> <li>Ability to effectively communicate with customers and project managers to keep all projects running smoothly and on time.</li> <li>Must keep a professional appearance and a positive attitude in all aspects of the job.</li> <li>Must be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.</li> <li>OSHA certifications preferred but not required.</li> </ul>
Salary Range

$95,056.00 to $121,550.00 based on experience (FLSA Non-Exempt)
